The first homes here were built in 1998 and the community was completed by the end of 2001. Although there are newer homes in this area, we suggest you look closely at the homes slightly older. Many of them have been well maintained and are true gems. This community is a great place to start as the average price of a home is around $314,000 here for a reason. The homes are very nice.
Local Shopping near Meridian is 1.3 miles from the entrance. At the intersection of Lakeland Highlands Rd and E CR 540A there is a lot of shopping and dining to be done. Not to mention there is a Vet and a Watson Clinic Express Care. You should never need to drive much further.
