Bloomfield Hills usually has homes for sale. Bloomfield Hills in Lakeland FL averages 14 sold homes in an average year. That may seem like a lot but there are around 255 traditional single-family homes in this Lakeland Community.
The first homes in Bloomfield Hills were built in 1991 and the community was mostly completed by 2008. There was a home built in 2019 but I believe only one. Over the previous two years the median price home has been $280,000 and the lowest priced home sold for a mere $210,000. Not a bad price range when you consider how attractive this community is to drive through and its’ location in Northwestern Lakeland.
The phone number for the HOA is currently 352-243-4595. If it has changed feel free to contact us and we will change it on this page.
Bloomfield Hills has only one entrance and it is located on Gibsonia-Galloway Rd just over a mile West of US 98. US 98 is covered with shopping opportunities that are within 5 minutes of the community. North is a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket. To the South is a Sam’s Supercenter and of course the Lakeland Square Mall which is on the North side of Interstate 4 if you are needing to commute.
As of the day I write this the assigned Public Schools for Bloomfield Hills are Sleepy Hill Elementary, Sleepy Hill Middle and Kathleen Senior High School. All of which are less than 5 miles from the community entrance. It goes without saying this information can change and should be confirmed with the county before making an offer on a home. We will gladly assist you with that when you work with us on any Bloomfield Hills homes for sale in Lakeland FL.
