One of the perks of the location is you can be walking into the Publix Supermarket at Highland City Town Center in one mile from the community entrance. US-98 is a very good road for commuting north and south and you will find other places to shop on it. Sometimes I am surprised how quickly I can go from place to place on this road. Especially if you hit green lights.
