Hills Of Arietta's gated entrance is on Gapway Road. If you are not from this area Gapway Road runs east to west between lake Arietta and Lake Juliana to the north. It connects Berkley Road and Polk City Road. This is the only entrance to the community.
The homes in Arietta Hills were all built between 2006 and 2016 which is a good thing. In 2002 the building codes were significantly revised and all of the homes since then are stronger and much more efficient. The homes you may see for sale here will vary in their sizes from 1,825 square feet to over 5,000. Two of those homes are very nice lakefront homes. You may even say in the top 10 of all of the lakefront homes on Lake Arietta.
Local Shopping is only found to the south if you do not count the convenience stores by Interstate-4. From the entrance to the neighborhood it is about 5 miles to Winn Dixie or Publix.
