Yes Florida is becoming more expensive. Florida may go through a period of time where it gets less expensive but maybe not. Many people from foreign countries are moving here as well. Florida is still relatively free and has plenty of land.
Lakeland has a fairly low cost of living compared to much of Florida. You get a decent house here in a great area compared to Orlando. Where Windermere FL and Winter Garden FL are very expensive Lakeland FL has remained fairly stable, just a short drive from attractions. Thank you for asking, is Florida becoming more expensive?
