The community has a lot of benefits and features. There is a gorgeous community pool, fitness center and a community boat ramp on Lake Juliana. Beside the community pool you will find a tennis court, basketball 1/2 court and a children's playground. There is even adequate parking for those hot summer days that you would rather drive friends or family to these features.

Local Shopping and Commuting Times

I live near this community but just a little to the south. If I lived in Lake Juliana Estates I would probably still shop at the Walmart Supercenter to the south. It is a 12 minute drive but there is also a Lowes Home Improvement there and quite a bit more that will be of interest.

Commuting times will of course vary due to time of day. Downtown Orlando can be reached in as little as 40 minutes. I drive there all of the time and usually plan on just under 1 hour during the early afternoon. Downtown Lakeland will take around 25 minutes and downtown Tampa is around 45 minutes drive. All of this is done on Interstate-4 and toll free.
