Classic View Estates is in Northern Auburndale. You can't go much more north without running into Interstate-4 but you can rarely here the traffic from the Interstate. Many of the local residents commute and are thrilled that you can do so in most directions completely toll free.

The first homes were built here in 2005 and they were all completed by 2007. There are larger than average but no really huge homes here. Like most of Auburndale you will find nice and affordable houses. The smallest of the homes here is a 2,805 square foot 4 bedroom home which is large enough for most of us. If you need more the largest here is around 3,621 square feet.

Commuting And Local Shopping

Commuting is one of the reasons so many people choose Auburndale. You can be in downtown Orlando in as little as an hour. When visitors come or you just feel like a visit Disney and Universal are around 45 minutes away. Tampa's downtown area is usually a 45 minute drive with Lakeland about half the distance.
