Unfortunately due to the size of this community few homes sell in it. In the previous 2 years only 9 have sold. The median sales price was $236,000 and no home sold for over $275,000.

All of the homes here were built between 2002 and 2005. They range in size from a cozy 1,642 square feet up to over 4,000 square feet. The homes look attractive and relatively new. Most of the homes in this part of town are well maintained.
