The amenities in TerraLargo Lakeland Florida are some of the nicest you will find in the city. Although TerraLargo is not the only place in Lakeland where you can find new construction homes for sale it is definitely in the running for the nicest overall neighborhood.

TerraLargo is located in northern Lakeland or on the north side of I-4. As you will see in the video it has a very nice community poo. The pool area rivals if not surpasses the community pool in any other community whether in north or south Lakeland. The amenities center is staffed during most days but you can also enter the pool area through a side gate. Just to the side of the pool area is a children's play area which is covered with a very nice blue canvas to keep the children and parents from being as exposed to the sun in those bright Florida summer days.

TerraLargo HOA

Evergreen Lifestyle Management is currently the management company. You can reach them at 323-263-7707. Normally the HOA here is around $70 and it is paid monthly. Current information will be provided as needed and also included in the homes for sale shown below.

TerraLargo Community Pool

The pool is large enough to handle a great deal of people. Likely far more than you will have on a typical summer day. Since the community is gated you will no doubt have fewer people trying to access the pool area or driving by you when you walk or ride a bike to the pool. There is a zero entry, shower, foot wash, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and of course a great amenities center and facilities.

The fitness center is well equipped and suitable for most peoples needs. Even if you choose a local better equipped gym it will be nice to have this one nearby. Most fitness oriented will love to have the quality gym, pool and sports courts which are located here.

For those times you wish to enjoy the cool evenings or mornings there is also a community pier which is worthy of mention. While you are out walking those shaded sidewalks or just out strolling with the ones you love you will find it hard to beat the combination of amenities located here.
