Tuscany Woods is also one of the newer communities. The first of the homes was built to completion in 2015 and it only took 2 years to completely finish the community. These homes are very nice and look like they should be in a gated neighborhood. There are no real community features other than it being gated which helps keep the HOA to a very reasonable $700 annually.

On the west side of the community there is a small pond and 5 homes with slightly larger lots. 3 of those homes could say they are waterfront. The homes in the community vary in size from approximately 2,400 square feet up to around 3,000 square feet of living area. You can tell them homes are large and they all look like they are in top condition.

Commuting and Local Shopping

Commuting and the cost of a nice home is why so many people live in North Auburndale. It takes around an hour to get to downtown Orlando. You can get to Lakeland in about 20 minutes or to downtown Tampa in around 45. I always take Interstate-4 because I get tired of paying tolls.
